The original Fr. Scully House Flats complex on Gardiner St./Grenville St, comprised 46 bed-sit units. James McGee House and Ignatius Nordell House were constructed on the site in 1994 and 2000 respectively bringing the total number of homes this site to 68 units.
Cabhrú expanded to Ballinteer, Dublin 16, in 1971, with the construction of a 21-unit complex. That was later demolished and a new 41-unit complex of modern apartments was built in 2010.
In 2014, the original Fr. Scully House bed-sit units were demolished and the award-winning Fr. Scully House was completed, providing 99 new state-of-the-art apartments.
O’Daly House, 579/583 North Circular Road, was purchased in 2019 and was totally refurbished to provide twelve apartments. The works were completed in November 2020.
