Chief Executive Officer
PAT DOHERTY (CIHCM)
Mr. Pat Doherty, who joined Cabhrú in March 2021 in the role of Operations Manager and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in March 2025. He has over 30 years of experience working in the NGO and housing sector.
Before joining Cabhrú, Pat was Head of Housing at ALONE for four years, having previously worked with Age Friendly Ireland, The Alzheimer Society of Ireland, Depaul Ireland and Depaul International.
Over the years he has been to the forefront of innovation in housing and service development and had gained an extensive knowledge and understanding of the needs of older people.
Pat has a proven track record of working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including older people, statutory bodies, funders, community groups and the general public. Pat holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Policy and Management from Northumbria University and is a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Housing.
Finance Manager
Cathal Clarke
Cathal Clarke is a Chartered Accountant who joined Cabhrú in July 2025.
He brings a broad range of financial experience to the organisation, having spent much of his career in the construction and engineering industries. Cathal trained in professional practice.
Assest & Property Services Manager
Stephen Mooney
Stephen Mooney is an experienced property professional who joined Cabhrú in November 2025. He is responsible for devising and overseeing the excecution of the Asset Management Strategy.
With over a decade’s experience in the property industry, Stephen will be pivotal in helping to improve the asset function in Cabhrú and ensuring we achieve our goal of providing high quality homes to all of our residents.
Finance Officer
AUDREY MCCORMACK
Audrey is an accomplished accounting professional who joined Cabhrú in July 2020 as a member of the finance team.
She previously worked in industry, including insurance and construction suppliers, as well as with a number of private practice firms, working with numerous clients.
Tenant Services Co-Ordinator
Imogen Macaulay
Imogen Macaulay joined Cabhrú in January 2026 as Tenant Services Coordinator. Imogen has four years of housing‑sector experience, including her previous role as Team Leader with the Peter McVerry Trust.
Imogen has a strong background in supporting tenants, coordinating services, and promoting stable, positive living environments. She is committed to supporting residents to live as independently as possible in safe, age‑friendly homes for life.
Buildings & Facilities Officer
Zvonimir Blasko
Zvonimir Blasko joined the Cabhrú team in April 2019. With a background in Administration and Customer Service, he will be heavily involved in coordinating the logistical administration of our development projects.
Tenant Engagement Officer
SEAN DOYLE
Sean Doyle joined the Cabhrú team as Tenant Engagement Officer in July 2025. Sean holds a BA (hons) in Social & Community Development and has worked with different community based organisations for the previous 15 years with his most recent post in the Social Housing sector.
