Liam Meagher
Liam is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers who retired in December 2019, after more than 40-years’ service with Irish Rail where he held several senior positions.
Liam joined the Board of Cabhrú in October 2017 and was elected Chair in February 2020.

BRENDAN KENNY
Brendan retired in October 2021 from Dublin City Council where he was Assistant Chief Executive since 2001. Brendan has the experience and knowledge of over 45 years working in Local Government with most of that time spent on the management of Housing, Homelessness, Community Development and Regeneration issues in Dublin City.

Dan O’Connor
Dan is a Solicitor, a member of the Council of the Law Society of Ireland, retired from practice in 2009 after 38-years as a Partner in Arthur Cox. While his speciality was Property, he was a Director of several companies.
Dan joined the Board of Cabhrú in August 2012, was elected Chair in December 2015, and was elected Vice-Chair in February 2020.
Yan Barry
Yan Barry, FCCA, EMBA, is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant. She has over 10 years’ experience across the public and private sectors as well as accounting practice and industry. She currently works as an Accounts Department Manager in a large private practice. She has been a member of the ACCA Ireland Leinster Networks Panel since November 2016.
Yan joined the Cabhrú Board in April 2017 and is a member of the Finance, Risk & Audit Committee as well as the Development & Buildings Committee.
Rachel Markey
Rachel joined the Cabhrú board in April 2017. She is a primary school principal having previously worked with the Special Education Support Service and the National Council for Special Education.
She is President of the St. Vincent de Paul conference in Gardiner Street and has a keen interest in voluntary work
AnaNd Kumar Pandey
Anand is a qualified ACCA and CTA currently working with Actavo as Head of Finance where he leads a team of talented professional covering Core Finance/Tax/Treasury functions.
Prior to Actavo, Anand had worked with General Electric (GE) since 2002 in India, Germany, UK and now Ireland. During his time in GE Anand has extensively worked and led teams in areas of Controllership, Treasury Group Financial Reporting. Prior to GE Anand had worked in an audit practice for 4 years in India mainly focusing on Bank audits.
Anand is also actively involved with ACCA Ireland and is currently serving as vice-chairman of ACCA Ireland's Leinster Panel.
Nigel Bolger
Nigel is a qualified Management Accountant with over 20 years of experience across a range of industries including Manufacturing, Telecoms, Retail, Software, and Recruitment both within the Corporate and SME sectors.
He has held a range of varied positions up to Financial Director. Nigel holds a BComm (UCD), MBS (Smurfit School of Business), and a TMITI from the Institute of Taxation. He currently works with E-Frontiers Recruitment since joining in 2013 to manage the newly created division of e-Frontiers Business which caters for a range of skillsets including Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Customer Success & Support, and HR. Currently, Nigel is Commercial Manager for Ireland, responsible for Account Management and Business Development
