Redevelopment of McSweeney House to commence in 2018.

We have been advised that the architects will be lodging the new plans for McSweeney House mid-July 2018 and we are hoping that we will have the granted planning permission by October of this year. 

We have increased our efforts looking for suitable properties for all the remaining tenants in McSweeney House and will be in touch with everyone individually when we have secured suitable accommodation. 

We would ask any tenant that wishes to move to either our Father Scully Apartments in Dublin 1 or the Saint Anne’s Apartments in Ballinteer to contact Audrey and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
